Urban Oasis is led by Gavin Cotter, who brings an engineering background to an industry that too often runs on improvisation. Today the firm is a licensed general contractor delivering site development, concrete and hardscape construction, project management and long-term property management.
We work across private estates, commercial campuses and public corridors. On every project the same people are accountable: the person who scoped it, the person who scheduled it, and the person standing on the site.
